When he gets through the Gargoyles and through the indoor section, he gets out again and this time he faces DG soldiers that are immune to bullets. Vincent shoots those soldiers, but those soldiers have a barrier protecting them. DG soldiers: Seiger, Vice! Vincent defeats them again with hand to hand combat and goes through more indoor section. Finally, he reaches the train station area. He has to shoot down all the DG soldiers that are coming after him while riding on it. When Vincent got to the new map, he will start talking to himself. Vincent: I'll entrust everything to you, Cerberus. When Vincent got trapped into a small room attacked by SOLDIERS. Vincent: Don't block my way. After he got the card key and exited again, he was trapped into a even smaller area with a heavy DG soldier. Vincent: What? When Vincent gets to somewhat like a middle of the DG city. Vincent: Looks like I am being hunted. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Vincent: Hnn? [Note: It was said that whenever he goes ‘Hnn', it means he sees a cactuar.] When he shoots a box. Vincent: sighs More traps were blocked Vincent from returning. Vincent: This is…?! Vincent got to a bridge and he is trapped again. Vincent: Hnn? Then he runs back to the other side. Vincent: What? Vincent got passed the bridge as he was walking, a dark aura appears behind him. Vincent: ?! Vincent runs but no avail, he is being sucked into Nero's Abyss. Vincent: Gu….Uwahhh----! And the screen fades as he is seen slowly being sucked into the darkness. Chaos' roar is heard, afterwards a light appears in the dark. Shelke: No, if you keep on letting Chaos… You are not expected to be trapped by this darkness, because you are born from this same darkness your life possesses. Let…your… heart….. calm down [bit by bit]…… [Pointed out by Makoeyes: Nero's darkness is another type of 'dimension' so all the people he sucks up, end up in the same place.] Vincent slows down and calms himself, then he jumps out of the darkness. On the other side, Shelke who is also inside the darkness has a barrier surrounding her. Shelke: For all it takes to become such an adult……and to become a person like this…… He seems to understand her feelings a bit. The barrier surrounding starts to crack. Shelke: When the barrier breaks, I will only have death……There isn't any importance [to this whole matter]. Out of nowhere, Lucrecia's voice can be heard. Lucrecia: This……. Shelke looks up astonished. Lucrecia: This is it, right? Grimoire Valentine stands next to Lucrecia in the cave. Grimoire: Yes, there is no mistake that what lies inside here is the place where Chaos is born. Lucrecia runs toward the crystal in the middle. Grimoire: H, hey! Lucrecia turns around with a cheerful tone of voice. Lucrecia: Hurry, Professor Grimoire! Grimoire: Sighs The fountain is not going anywhere. Then scene switches to somewhere inside the lab with a black substance inside the tube as Lucrecia is typing on the keyboards while Grimoire is standing behind her. Grimoire: Don't you think this is too much of a hurry? Lucrecia: Of course it is. Because I want [and I must] show it back to the guys who thinks my theory was just a fantasy. Grimoire: [Remember that] "Haste makes waste". Hmm? Then Grimoire turns around to look at the black substance. It is manifesting and unrest inside the tube. By now, Lucrecia turned around as well and is slowly approaching the tube to check it out. Lucrecia: Huh? The glass on the tube breaks and the black substance is aiming towards whatever is directly in front of it – Lucrecia. Grimoire: Look out! Grimoire pushes away Lucrecia and he takes the hit with his right hand. Lucrecia looks back at Grimoire and runs toward him, while Grimoire is clutching his hand. Lucrecia: Are you okay? Grimoire: Y, yea…I am fine. I'm fine…… Then in another scene, Grimoire is lying down with Lucrecia next to him. His body is starting to disintergrate into strings of Lifestream. Lucrecia: Professor Grimoire! Grimoire: Please…tell my son….Vincent….that I am sorry…… Lucrecia: No! That won't do! Please, hold yourself together! Grimoire: Then…I shall…return to the planet [ahead of you]... Grimoire's body disappeared. Lucrecia: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! No! NO! WHY? Why do you have to disappear? Why is it that you……? Shelke appears from behind. Shelke: It's okay… [Because] he is just… returning to the planet…… Lucrecia can be seen and heard crying, she doesn't know Shelke is there, because Shelke is just observing Lucrecia's fragments. Then the scene changes to Shelke's flashback and the camera zooms into a grave with a lot of flowers on it. Shelke is the one who is crying. Shalua: Don't cry… Shelke: But…sobs Shalua: Don't worry, [because] it just returned itself back to the planet… You will meet it again. Shelke: sobs …Really? Then the camera focuses on young Shalua. Shelke (present): Huh? It's me? Shalua nods to Shelke. Shalua: Yes, it is. Shelke (present): No…it's….sister…? Shalua: Mother said, the life on this planet will circulate [articulate on the planet]. So, we can see it again. Shalua: Mother, she never lied, right? Shelke: Un. Shalua: Therefore… [please don't cry] Scene goes back to present. Shelke: Sister…… lightly sobs Then when the camera pans around, we see that a grown Shalua is standing next to Shelke. Shelke: !? Shalua: Hey… Maybe it's okay for me to go back to the planet too? Shelke: …No… Shalua: Hmm? Shelke: Not just yet… I want [to be with] sister…… Shalua: Haha, it's alright. Shalua touches Shelke's head. Shalua: We shall see each other again. Another scene cut to where Shelke is back inside her barrier. Shelke: A dream…? No, It was just … an interference from the fragments…… Shelke drops a tear. Shelke: Huh? Shelke's tears start to flow and she touches her face. Shelke: I actually thought of loosing something…… Scene cuts back to Vincent again continuing with the part that he walks away from the darkness. Vincent walks onto a series of stairs and the traps are back again. Vincent: Hn? What? Then he got to the top floor and he saw a series of Mako bath facilities. Vincent: This is? Then Vincent has to get pass a bunch of TNT tanks. Vincent: What was that just now? Vincent got through another trap. Vincent: Hnn? Shoots Cactuar. Vincent: What? After Vincent got out of the facility Vincent: I must hurry. Vincent walks pass some aqua duct tunnel thing and saw something on the ceiling and shoots. Vincent: Hnn? What is this [card key] doing here? After Vincent opens the trap with a card key. Vincent: So this is why. While he was climbing a ladder, he sees another card key. Vincent: Hnn? After he got it again. Vincent: I see. Then Vincent finds another card key. Vincent: So this is how it is. Vincent got to the center of DG and he sees Nero. Nero: This is the first time we see each other, is it? Vincent: Nero. Nero: Though no matter how you say it, you want to get close to us [our existence] and won't leave us alone. If you keep on getting close to brother, I will [definitely] erase [kill] you. Vincent: Brother? Nero: Yes, my brother, Weiss. The one who is stronger than me, the only brother who loves me in this whole world. But… Nero displays a hint of sadness. Nero: Well, anyway it's just until today. In just a short moment, brother will…… Vincent intercepts Nero's words. Vincent: What happened to Shelke? Nero: ? …Shelke? Ahh, speaking of which, I wonder what happened to her. I remember correctly that when I went to the airship to bring back more resources, she did turn against me. She probably disappeared inside me… [Here, Nero is using this taunting yet polite way of asking what Vincent thinks really did happen to Shelke, and of course Nero does have an idea of what happened to her, except for the whole Shelke-Lucrecia-Shalua thing.] Vincent holds out his gun. Nero: Alright, shall we…play with each other for a bit? Nero rises from the ground, takes out 2 pistols from his abyss, and his wings took another 2 from his side pockets. When you hit him. Nero: Hehehehe When you hit him more. Nero: Urgh, hehehe When he unleashes his combo. Nero: Umhhehehehe When you made his 2nd form come out. Nero: Prepare to die. When you killed his second form. Nero: Urgh..wahh…. Nero gets up from the ground. Nero: I see…So maybe that is why it is not impossible for you to defeat Azul and Rosso. However, it is about time to end. Nero wraps Vincent around with his darkness and Vincent looks around inside. Scene cuts to Shelke again. The barrier has more fractures than before. Shelke: It's the end….. Vincent walks next to her barrier. Shelke: Huh? Vincent: I came here to bring this back to you. Vincent holds out his hand with Shelke's cellphone to Shelke. Vincent: To be in a place with such a bad environment, this doesn't stimulate anyone's moods to talk…. [It means this place is so bad that he doesn't even feel like having a conversation in there.] Let's get out. Shelke: …Okay. Scene cuts to Nero who is outside. As he is about to walk away, Vincent jumps out of the darkness along with Shelke. Nero: I see…… Chaos……. A life born from the faltering of lives. Then…… Nero proceeds to summon more darkness, but was stopped by a giant shuriken flying outta nowhere. Yuffie: Though we are in a world where all the crimes go unpunished, where there is darkness, there shall be light. That's right, I will try to shower the world with my light! Nero and Vincent starts to lower their weapons and their arms. Yuffie: The Super Ninja of Wutai! Yuffie Kisaragi!! Carrying the power of light with me, here I come again!!! Then there are light visual effects appear behind her after she finished the word light. Nero: Brother is calling me…… Nero walks into the darkness and Vincent puts back his gun and checks out how Shelke is doing. Vincent: Are you okay? Shelke: ….Yea… I had a dream. No…it's probably not a dream… Yuffie: HE---Y! Don't ignore me! Yuffie was jumping as she said the line, and she loses her balance, she trips, she falls, and she lands face down in front of Vincent. Vincent turns his face to the other side while Shelke just watches Yuffie silently. Scene cuts to some room in DG with a Mako bath unit. Vincent: Is this okay? Shelke: Yes. Then Vincent pressed a few buttons on the machine. Shelke: Sorry for all the trouble……. Shelke closes her eyes. Yuffie: Alright! So continuing from where we left off, Vincent keep on infiltrating and if you see Nero and Vice you defeat them on the way; while I use this time to get to the center of the Mako reactor and cease all its functions. Well~ The responsibility of working alone is not too bad~ Then, good luck to you too, Vincent! Shelke: Vincent Valentine. Then on the computer screen on the other side, it reads: Discoverer, Grimoire Valentine. Scene flashes back to Turks Vincent in a lab. Vincent: Lucrecia, I have something to…… Oh, she's not here? He peeks in and looks around. Then he saw his father's information on one of the computers' screen. Vincent: Huh? Dad? Lucrecia: Who is this? Vincent: Ah…. Lucrecia, this information is? Lucrecia: It has nothing to do with you. Vincent: Of course it does. What is with my dad? Why… Lucrecia: Stop it! I don't want to hear it! Vincent: Lucrecia…… Then it switches to somewhere with Vincent holding onto Lucrecia's hand. Lucrecia: No. It's all my fault that's why, that person…… Your…father is dead… Therefore….no….I can't….sorry. Then Lucrecia swings her head out of Vincent's reach and ran away from him. Turk!Vincent is left alone doing a monologue. Vincent: I thought, it was alright. I just, wanted to see her smile…… But after that incident, she never smile in front of me again……. Then Lucrecia and Hojo appearing on the other side. Hojo: So, you came for me? Hojo extend his arms out to Lucrecia. Lucrecia: Yes. She smiles a bit, but we can't see her eyes, and she runs toward Hojo. Vincent: I don't mind…… as long as she is happy…… Scene goes back to present with Shelke inside the Mako bath unit. Shelke: It's…a dream again? Vincent Valentine. Vincent: What? Shelke: What [why] are you fighting for? Vincent: To defeat those guys and stop the revival of Omega. There are some other reasons, but I don't think this is the major reason why I am doing it. But…whatever it is, I don't understand it very well either. Shelke: Is..that so…. Me too, I don't understand. But…I….just think that "Wouldn't it be kinda sad if the planet were to disappear?" Shelke closes her eyes and sleeps again.
