Script :: Chapter 12-2 – Light on a Chaotic Finale
*Vincent gets inside Omega's head and he is seen walking on a white surface within another dimension. When he arrived at the Omega Cocoon, the crystal feelers extended upwards and impaled the surface that Vincent is walking on. Vincent's expression looks confident.*

*After Vincent defeats the crystal feelers, the Omega Cocoon finally appear from under the white surface.*

*Not long after Vincent defeats the Omega Cocoon with his Death Penalty, it exploded and the screen turns white. Then the camera appears with Weiss walking towards Vincent. The moment when Vincent sees it is Weiss, he aimed his gun at Weiss and Weiss sneers.*

*Weiss rushes towards Vincent and Vincent has his gun locked onto Weiss, then Vincent shoots and Weiss falls. On the other hand, Vincent gets impaled by Weiss' weapon from behind. Then, Vincent appears behind Weiss and has his gun aimed at Weiss' head. Vincent shoots and Weiss jumps.*

*Weiss laughs after a short termination of their battle, and then the machine, Omega appeared from the sky. It sends out cables and attaches them to Weiss and takes Weiss back to the machine itself.*

*Weiss grins at Vincent and the battle comences.*

*After Vincent defeats Omega, it starts breaking into pieces and Weiss falls off the machine and drops into the depths of Midgar.*

 


*FMV: Omega on top of Midgar is going to fly upward taking all the lifestream and lives with it.*

Reeve: Omega is flying upward, that means…

*Vincent follows and wants to stop it, he extends all his power to terminate Omega.*

*The whole scene turns white and both of them explode together. The night sky cleared up again and it rains Mako-snow.*

Yuffie: Vincent…?

*Redemption plays and Vincent's Cerberus keychain is left hanging in the rubbles.*

*Credit & Staff Roll plays.*

*In the midst of the Mako-snow, Shalua's tube is broken and there, she sleeps.*

 


*The planet returns to peace, with birds flying around.*

Shelke: Vincent, it has been a week after that incident. The lifestream has already returned to the planet, the lives are circulating once again.

*Shelke is seen inside the 7th Heaven.*

Shelke: I was a bit uncomfortable as to what I should do, but I started to relive the past 10 years which I have missed. And I know that I am not alone.

*Shelke then takes a look at the cellphone and smiles.*

Shelke: Though I may be a bit confused at times… but I am stronger than before.

*Yuffie is seen running towards Tifa who is washing dishes at the sink.*

Yuffie: Have you been in contact with Cloud?

Tifa: Yes, but he said he couldn't find him [Vincent].

Yuffie: I see…Bah, you can't rely on him [Cloud] at all.

*Shelke looks out the window.*

Shelke: Vincent do you remember? The last thing you said to me… Do you remember, the promise [about sending her your thoughts] we made……? [You said,] "Please send [my thoughts to] her". Your feelings [emotions] to her. [This sounds like a repeat, but in literal Japanese, it's just as simple as: Please tell. Without the "her", or any "receiver".] I don't know whether if it will reach her… but this doesn't seem like something I would do out of my character, no?

*Shelke presses send on the cellphone and she walks away. In the next scene, she is seen sitting next to Red XIII.*

Shelke: But I believe it will go through. It will, [definitely].

 


*Scene goes to Vincent, who is inside Lucrecia's cave.*

Vincent: Lucrecia, everything's back to normal now. Omega and Chaos, have once again returned to the planet. Moreover, thank you. I am going to keep on living [I am still alive].

*Vincent left and the camera zooms into Lucrecia with her shredding a tear.*

*Vincent walks outside and sees Shelke with her pink outfit.*

Shelke: Everyone's waiting for you. *Sighs* Why is it that I have to be the one to look [call] for you.

Vincent: Hmmph.

Shelke: Well, whatever [whichever way, it's fine].

*Vincent and Shelke both look up and see the Omega that was once destroyed is now a part of the sky.*
