There he sees a lizardman. Vincent: It looks like this place is taken over by the "aliens". Then Vincent defeats more lizard man on his way and heads up to the Shinra Mansion on an elevator. There, he sees another flashback with Lucrecia. Vincent: My name is Vincent Valentine and I came from the main company to become your bodyguard. Camera closes up onto Lucrecia to show that she's shocked. Lucrecia: No way… [Lies] Vincent: Ha…? Lucrecia: Why is it ….that person's… Vincent: Um…? Lucrecia: !!! Huh? So…sorry. Ri..right, it's the first time I've ever seen someone from the Turks so… sighs but then in a cheerful voice It's Lucrecia. Nice to meet you, Mr. Bodyguard. The screen turns white as Lucrecia smiles at Vincent. Somewhere in DG (#0 Mako Reactor), Cait Sith is falling from high to low. Then he barely grabs onto something and makes his way through the DG. Cait Sith: ARRRGHHHH!!! UWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!! Then he runs into the reactor. Cait Sith: Ah ha! So it's here after all… Cait Sith's mission: Sneak into the headquarters without getting discovered. Cait Sith: It won't look too good if they see me… After all the hiding and sneaking into the #0 Mako reactor, Cait Sith discovers a ventilation pathway. Cait Sith: Oooh looks like I can enter through there… After he got through the tunnel and lands on the other side, he saw a carrier being transported with humans screaming from the inside. Cait Sith: Huh, aren't they the people who were captured back in Kalm? Cait Sith heads toward the direction where the carrier is transported. There he sees the carrier being dumped into a pool of Mako. Cait Sith: WHAT? Just…what is this! A giant hand from the Mako pool comes out and grabs the carrier into the Mako pool. Cait Sith: What…is this? What are they trying to breed? Nero: An object that is able to guide the lives, brother's…Omega… Cait Sith: Nero…the Messenger of Darkness… Then Nero draws Cait Sith into his darkness and the camera closes onto the moogle doll that floats on top of the mako pool. Scene changes back to Vincent in the Shinra Mansion. He opens the door to one of the rooms on the 2nd floor, walks in slowly while examining his surrounding. All of a sudden he sees a materia object rolling towards him. He picks it up, and all of a sudden light is released from the sphere. He looks behind him and he saw Lucrecia's hologram. Vincent: Lucrecia… Lucrecia: Vincent…is it? Lucrecia sighs. Lucrecia: You came here to investigate things about me? Lucrecia gives a weak smile. Then she starts walking towards the door behind Vincent, and Vincent thinks he could hold her in his arms, but he realizes she is a hologram. After Lucrecia walks for a few steps, she stops. Lucrecia: Yes…Omega. It seems that Omega is about to be awakened…right? As she finished that line, the room turns white. Afterwards, they are seen in Lucrecia's cave with Lucrecia standing where Vincent used to sit whenever he meets Lucrecia. Lucrecia: "A soul that is born from the planet's stagnation, removes impurities and streams purity, guidance for Omega which its name means the end - that name is Chaos, the guiding hand towards the sea of the stars." This was written in the Remains [Ruins] of [their] Memories by those who call themselves Cetra. Their eschatology. Omega, one whose name shows the end of things…is just like all the other life on the planet. They are all given birth by the Lifestream. Then all of a sudden Lucrecia's hand formed an energy ball of Lifestream. Lucrecia: Existing within the planet and accepting all its orders…And then, when all the life is about to end, it guides the others to the beginning [in the most basic form of lifestream] and flies toward the sea of stars. Then more light shows where the light ball in Lucrecia's hand flies upward and disintegrates and then perishes. Lucrecia: This is the Life Cycle of this planet. The Universe is also based on this same principle…perhaps it's one of the systems of this world. But what I understand is…If Omega were to be born, then all there is living on this planet will end [cease to live]. After Omega flies toward the sea of stars, this [planet] will change and become a world of death. Light show ends. Lucrecia: Here lies the detailed information. And…I don't know from now on what will happen to you, but…it's just that…I am sorry. Lucrecia bows her head low slowly as her hologram starts to fade away. The sphere in Vincent's hand disintergrates. Vincent: Lucrecia… Then Vincent sees a disc on top of the table, grabs it and stores it and heads out. Vincent walks into what appears to be a room for experiments, when he got into the room, he felt a slight pain and flashback ensues. Vincent is looking outside from the water tank. He sees Lucrecia. Then it switches back to present. Vincent: What was that just now…? Rosso: I can't believe I will see you here at a place like this. But what a good timing, I was just thinking that it should be time for me to go and meet you again. Vincent: What do you guys plan to do with Omega? Rosso: How should I know? I have no interest in those sorts of things. Vincent: What? Rosso: But…Vice really wants it…Seiger Vice. Every soldier in Deep Ground agreed to Vice's actions and they all act for him. Therefore, if he seeks Omega, then all of us will get Omega for him with all our costs. And as a result, I wonder what will this world become… Haha, but even if we leave it out [as in getting Omega], massacring humans is fun… It is my utmost dearest wish, to.kill.everyone. After all, I live only for the sake of killing others, I have nothing else, not even freedom. 3 years ago, we've gained our freedom, even though, it is a world without Mako and darkness… And what do you think we were thinking at the time the moment we gained our freedom? Hahaha, a Killing Party. [Note: I think here, it means that they might have fought against themselves.] I can't help but to see that a lot of people don't know this. I lived as the only survivor after bathing in the blood of thousands of soldiers…but to me, that is just a completely ‘spare' activity. [She is saying how this is a good pastime for her.] That was what I was thinking, to kill all the humans in this world. You can understand this, no? Vincent holds out his gun and aims it at Rosso. Vincent: I can't agree to it. Rosso: Heh, well said. After all, it's "just the same as others". Rosso runs away and a Black Widow jumps in. Vincent defeats it. Rosso sneaks in from behind and gauged Vincent's left chest for the Ancient Materia. Rosso: I am so sorry I had to strike you when you least expected it. Vincent spasms and coughs. Vincent: Urgh…Gahhhh… Then his body is surrounded by the red light again and he turns into Chaos then back to Vincent. Rosso: Oooooh~ If you don't have this, you can't even control yourself… Hahaha, I will end this for you… As Rosso is about to crouch down and give him his blow, Yuffie came running in. She threw her shuriken at Rosso. Rosso attacks but misses, and Yuffie ignites the light bomb in her shuriken. Rosso: Ku…! Tch! Ninja from Wutai! Rosso runs out, but she can't find Yuffie or Vincent. Rosso: GUAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! Then she clutches her fist and hit the floor which sends pebbles and debris flying. Rosso: If he can live with that injury, next time I will make sure I cut him up really good. But from now on, this will be the beginning of the end. The camera closes in on the Ancient materia then to Rosso and fades away.
